We only make shipments inside of the US:

At Mauricio Avayu Art, we are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and ship your purchases.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or for personalized/custom items, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Inside of the United States):

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days after processing.
    • Cost: calculated based on weight/dimensions.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 6 business days after processing.
    • Cost: calculated based on weight/dimensions.
  • Free Shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.00 usd.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 8 hours.
  • You can track the status of your order by visiting the tracking link provided in the email.

4. Local Delivery/Pickup (if offered)

  • Local Pickup:
    • You can choose free local pickup at 3575 NE 207th St Ste. B3-B, Aventura, FL 33180. 
    • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please remember to contact us to coordinate a schedule for your pick-Up and remember to bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@mauricioavayu.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sales@mauricioavayu.com. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. Please allow 20 business days for the investigation to be completed. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sales@mauricioavayu.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., multiple delivery attempts failed, customer not available), we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost, less the original shipping fee.

8. Shipping Carriers

  • We typically ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. The specific carrier used will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
