The violinist if purposefully showing only his right side, the giving side , the Chesed , and he is not revealing his lleft side.
We can see the Aleph letter in the book, numerologically the first letter and alludes to G-d. Aleph is also the union of two Yud and one Vav which adds to 26 or the name of G-d .
Hidden in his right hand and engraved in his veins we can see the the Aleph letter too .
